What is personal training?
Why should I have a trainer?
Do I need a trainer?

These are common questions that people ask themselves when considering to employ a personal trainer.

WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?

For many years people have perceived personal trainers something other than what they are today. Gone are the stereotypical intimidating, buff, fanatical gung-ho types who elicit feelings of inferiority by trying to make you look like they do. These days the face of personal training has evolved so that all people can feel comfortable working with health and fitness professionals.

At Coast To Coast our primary aim is to create an environment for our clients, which is comfortable for them to get the most out of their sessions. We back this up with years of experience and up to date qualifications, combined with an exercise program that is individually designed, and which applies to your day to day life during the rest of the week.

WHY USE A PERSONAL TRAINER?

People employ personal trainers for many reasons other than “just to get fit”.

These are just some of the other reasons:

  • Education about your body and why we exercise

  • Nutritional analysis

  • Injury rehabilitation/prevention

  • Motivation

DO YOU NEED A PERSONAL TRAINER?

Whether it be to rid yourself of that back pain forever, to look great for a special event or simply if you lack motivation toward exercise, at some point everyone can use the services of a personal trainer.
